Homecoming 1997

Here you see the first float Disco Fred was in charge of building, built two days prior to the parade Disco Fred and Joe Pieterra sat up for 24 ours with hair dryers drying the paper mache'. Thanks to some hard work, Akarins artistic touch, some luck, and a lot of enthusiasm, Theta Xi won first place in the parade!

The theme of this years homecoming was nautical, so this float paraded down to the street with the Beetles song "Octopus's Garden" Blaring away!

Disco Fred and Marcy Houchens were Theta Xi's Homecoming King and Queen for 1994.
