Neil and Disco Fred have been partying together since High School. From adventures in K-mart to cruising Clearwater Beach together they make a dangerous team. Neil an avid Basket Ball and Volley Ball player can usual be found on Sombrero Beach, or in the gym taking some one to school!

Once a serious ladies man Neil has no settled down into a life of monogamy/monotony with his girlfriend Jessica.
